Headshot Marathon Day is finally set!
Time to update that headshot with a professional portrait that you can present with confidence!
A wee note: For those who don’t know yet, I am quite pregnant and expect my mini assistant to join our family on or around May 1! This will be my last big shooting event for a little while, so take advantage!!!
WHEN: Friday, March 20, 11am - 5:45pm.
WHERE: Inbox15b Coworking Space in Tsawwassen: 5565 15b Ave, Delta, BC.
WHAT: 15 minute slot, one look, light gray/white background, one retouched portrait.
COST: $125 (regular headshots start at $250!) Non-refundable deposit of $50 required to hold your spot, $75 due on the day of (cash or credit).
What the day will look like
Time slot: Each person gets a 15 minute slot, so please arrive promptly and allow a few minutes for street parking (this is Tsawwassen, not Vancouver, so that won’t be a huge ordeal!!).
Clothing: You can read my blog post for a detailed overview on how to prepare for your session, but long story short - best to keep it real and comfortable, in the neutrals and solid colours. Feel free to bring a dress jacket or scarf; we will have a few minutes to throw it on and see how we feel about it. Styling - keep accessories simple; if you need a haircut or other grooming - get that sorted in advance.
Shooting: We will have a brief chat about what we want your headshot to communicate - how we can make it authentic and serve its purpose for you. I will guide you with posing, and after a few minutes of shooting when I’m happy we’ve covered a good variety of options for your purpose, we will together review the shots on my laptop and narrow it down to the winning shot!
Retouching: My goal is for you to use this headshot with confidence. I will retouch your portrait before I send it off to you within a few days.
Payment: GST is included in the price. Minus your $50 booking deposit, you can bring me the remaining $75 in cash, or pay by credit card. You will also be able to purchase an additional portrait if you like at this time, at $75 per shot.
