Covid 19 Safety Policy

Masks

Photographer and clients are to wear face masks at all times, except as needed during active photographing. Disposable masks are available for clients who don’t have one or forgot to bring one.


Physical Distancing

During the whole studio experience, in addition to mask wearing when possible, client and photographer will keep a 2 meter distance.


Disinfencting Surfaces

Surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant between clients. Generally, there is no need for a client to touch anything in the studio. The photographer will open and close the front door for each client, to further minimize potential surface touching. Where needed, any pen or other object that will be touched by more than one person will be wiped down carefully with disinfectant between clients. Hand sanitizer is provided.


Health Check

All clients are asked to self assess and cancel their appointment without any cancellation fee if they meet any of the criteria listed here. Photographer will also cancel using the same criteria:
- Symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell or taste, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
- Travel outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
- Confirmed contact of a person confirmed to have COVID-19.


Contact-free product exchange

For the purposes of exchanging product to be photographed in studio, returning photographed product, or clients picking up printed artwork, all efforts will be made to arrange contact-free exchange. Where possible, the product will be left at the front door of the photographer’s studio just prior to client pick up.
